Prices apply to the stated period and the specified number of guests. As required by Italian law, only registered guests may stay in the apartment.

Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. Reservations are considered binding only once they have been confirmed by us in writing.

• For cancellations made up to 91 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded.
• For cancellations made between 90 and 31 days before arrival, 30% of the booked services will be charged. The deposit will not be refunded.
• For cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival, as well as in the event of late arrival or early departure, all booked days and services will be charged in full.

To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
 

Payment Options

The deposit (“caparra confirmatoria”) may be paid by bank transfer. The bank details of Curisel Dolomites are:

The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival and may be paid by bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card or in cash, up to a maximum of €4,999.

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax required by Italian law is €2.70 per person per night, not included in the total price of the stay and payable upon your arrival.
Children under 14 years are exempt.

Pets

Thank you for your understanding, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.

Check-in and Check-out

The apartments are available from 3:30 pm on the day of arrival until 9:30 am on the day of departure.
If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know by phone.
 

Children’s reductions apply for children sharing the parents’ room

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge. Older children receive a discount when staying in an extra bed.

Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
